Once an order is placed and processed through our website, it is final. We cannot accommodate cancellations or offer refunds under any circumstances.

Replacement Policy

We stand by the quality of our products. However, if you receive cashews that have expired or are severely damaged during transit (spilled), we ask that you contact our Customer Service team within 12 hours of delivery.

Note: Please provide detailed information and photographs of the issue. We are committed to resolving such matters to your satisfaction. However, we do not guarantee any refunds or replacements in such cases.
